Funds Under Management

BNY Capital Partners, L.P., (“Fund I”) began actively investing in 1998 in middle market companies in North America. The fund invested approximately $120 million of subordinated debt and equity on behalf of The Bank of New York Mellon in 16 middle market transactions.

BNY Mezzanine Partners, L.P., (“Fund II”) was formed in 2006 to continue the strategy of Fund II. The fund is a $210 million mezzanine fund, with committed capital from a range of institutional and family office investors. The fund has invested in 16 middle market transactions and is currently seeking new investment opportunities.

Alcentra manages $18 billion of assets across 40 separate debt focused funds. The Alcentra team is comprised of 53 investment professionals who cover a wide spectrum of industries and middle market investments.
